In this installment of our ongoing webinar series, Dr. Holtorf will discuss the latest research, science, and clinical experience related to the detection and treatment of thyroid disorders, including the unreliability of the commonly used TSH to measure tissue levels of thyroid hormones.  Dr. Holtorf will describe the symptoms of hypothyroidism, including fatigue, depression, weight gain, heart disease and early mortality, and will outline integrative treatment modalities and clinical case studies.

Dr. Holtorf is the medical director of the Holtorf Medical Group Affiliate Centers, the medical director of the non-profit National Academy of Hypothyroidism and was the founding medical director for Fibromyalgia and Fatigue Centers. He is a diplomate, board examiner and fellowship lecturer for the American Board of Anti-Aging Medicine (ABAAM) and The Endocrinology Expert for America Online (AOL) Health. He is a founding director of the non-profit Bioidentical Hormone Initiative and a senior faculty member of the Bioidentical Hormone Institute
